Manage the design, planning, and construction of real estate facilities projects, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met. This role involves overseeing mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial, and architectural applications, along with administrative and budgetary controls. You will coordinate resources, execute projects, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Manage project deliverables from scope to completion
• Oversee design, development, and construction phases
• Proactively manage project issues and risks
• Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines
• Coordinate vendor RFQs and RFPs
• Review change orders and financial information
