Service Product Manager

As a Service Product Manager, you will develop and manage our service offerings across the Americas to enhance customer value and drive profitable growth. You will translate customer and market insights into new service concepts, manage product lifecycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

• Develop and manage the Americas Service portfolio and roadmap
• Translate customer and market insights into new service concepts
• Develop new service offerings with business cases and go-to-market plans
• Manage assigned service products throughout their lifecycle

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management or Service Operations
