About this role
Lead the strategy, performance, and long-term direction for the Cartridge Actuated Devices (CAD) product family. You will own the product roadmap, shape investment priorities, and guide decisions balancing customer needs, technical capabilities, and business performance. This hybrid role in Fairfield, CA, offers direct influence over an established product family's evolution and success.
What we are looking for 6
- Develop and execute product-family strategy and roadmap
- Lead product lifecycle planning and obsolescence management
- Manage product-family financial performance and investments
- Represent the voice of the customer in product decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Finance
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience or 5 years with an advanced degree
