Lead the delivery of critical technical programs and platforms that enhance customer experiences at Capital One. You will drive technical strategy, improve system resilience, and scale platform capabilities across the organization. This role also involves mentoring and advancing the Technical Program Management discipline within the team.

Drive development and alignment on program roadmaps anchored in business objectives
Lead cross-platform technical investment planning and ensure architectural alignment
Serve as an executive-level escalation point for program risks
Ensure definition of measurable outcomes for platform success and delivery accountability
Contribute to the organization's TPM/Delivery strategy and operating mechanisms
Advance the TPM discipline through industry knowledge and experience
