Project Manager

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission seeks a Project Manager to oversee projects across its core divisions, including Oil and Gas, Public Utilities, and Transportation. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with statutory obligations and public interest. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional liaison, compliance, quality assurance, and change management.

• Manage full project lifecycle from scope to implementation
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and resource plans
• Liaise between internal stakeholders and external partners
• Ensure compliance and prepare detailed reports
• Implement quality assurance and perform post-project assessments
• Lead change management and foster continuous improvement
