• Update daily status reports and hot sheets
• Prepare and maintain timelines and project estimates
• Manage meeting notes and initiate new jobs with finance
• Balance priorities to ensure deadlines and budget adherence
• Problem-solve capacity, timing, and scoping issues
• Assist with quality assurance and delivery of campaign assets
