This role involves developing talent, managing complex cross-functional programs, and establishing robust governance for portfolio-level risks and dependencies.

Lead and develop a high-performing TPM organization
Drive portfolio planning and execution across products, services, and business segments
Establish governance and operating mechanisms for execution visibility and accountability
Define and drive adoption of common program management frameworks and best practices
Partner with Finance and leadership on budget planning and investment prioritization
Deliver executive-level reporting on portfolio health, risks, and outcomes
