About this role

RingCentral is seeking a Senior/Principal Product Manager to define and ship the platform layer for their agentic voice AI portfolio. You will own the integration of AI agents with business systems, developer platforms, evaluation systems, and customer engagement outcomes. This role requires deep experience in enterprise conversational and agentic AI.

Define and ship the platform layer for agentic voice AI
Own agent orchestration, tool use, knowledge grounding, and guardrails
Develop the developer platform, APIs, and ecosystem
Oversee evaluation, observability, and model operations
Drive customer engagement outcomes and voice-native quality
Collaborate with engineering on strategy, PRDs, and customer feedback
