Category Director

Traeger Grills is looking for a Category Director to own the product mix plan and drive profitable growth for their BBQ products. You will develop long-term product roadmaps, set quality and cost goals, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to bring exceptional products to market.

• Develop and execute global product innovation strategies
• Lead global category innovation efforts
• Contribute to costing analysis and own product quality
• Set MSRP strategy and manage product transitions
• Conduct business performance analysis and gather market data
• Prioritize and manage 3rd party product development partners
