Senior Product Manager

Fiserv, a global leader in Fintech, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver the product strategy for identity and access management within our Commerce Control Center. You will create secure, intuitive, and scalable user experiences for client onboarding, access management, and identity lifecycle management, establishing reusable platform capabilities that balance client needs with security and compliance.

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for IAM and user management
• Define user personas and lead full lifecycle discovery for identity management
• Translate security, privacy, and regulatory needs into product requirements
• Design scalable self-service admin features and partner with cybersecurity
• Drive adoption metrics and keep stakeholders aligned
• 6+ years of product management experience with enterprise software or SaaS
