Director, Technology Product Management

Lead the implementation, upgrade, and customization of PeopleSoft software, managing multiple workstreams and concurrent projects from initiation to closure. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance and HR, to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology solutions. This role requires deep PeopleSoft expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive operational excellence and foster a collaborative team environment.

• Lead PeopleSoft implementation, upgrade, and customization projects
• Manage multiple workstreams and concurrent projects
• Partner with Finance, HR, and external consultants
• Provide functional direction and oversight to project teams
• Ensure project delivery within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
