Senior Product Manager, Authorization Services

Oscar is seeking a Senior Product Manager to revolutionize healthcare authorizations, a complex and costly process. You will lead the Authorization Services team in redesigning this experience using AI to create a proactive, intelligent system that improves member and provider outcomes and drives efficiency.

• Develop product strategy and roadmap for Authorization Services
• Lead discovery and understand user needs with cross-functional teams
• Build and scale AI-driven decisioning systems
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Legal, and Compliance
• Define and measure success metrics for product iteration
• Contribute to AI application across core insurance workflows
