Product Deployment Manager

Jabil is seeking a Product Deployment Manager to oversee the transition of innovative thermal management products from prototype to mass production. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors through final design, development, and validation stages to ensure successful manufacturing roll-out at Mikros Technologies sites worldwide. The position is expected to grow into a leadership role within a new team.

• Manage transition from prototype to mass production
• Champion design for manufacturability and scalability
• Lead project schedules for high-volume manufacturing ramp
• Facilitate communication between design, manufacturing, and customers
• Oversee part release process and production readiness
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
