Director, Product & Data Governance

Lead the establishment and operation of a product and data governance framework for the Insurance Platform, ensuring consistent, transparent, and compliant decision-making. This role balances innovation with accountability, aiming to accelerate platform adoption while maintaining data integrity and meeting regulatory standards.

• Own the governance framework for product onboarding, data usage, and API standards
• Design and operate the platform governance operating model and forums
• Ensure product onboarding aligns with governance standards across the lifecycle
• Align product and platform governance with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements
• Drive adoption through clarity, shared standards, and education
• Lead and mentor a data governance team and partner with senior leaders
