About this role
As a Product Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and enhance Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Student Information Systems (SIS). You will elicit and document requirements, propose solutions, and support product strategy and execution. This role involves troubleshooting, training, and reporting to ensure optimal system performance and user adoption.
What we are looking for
6- Elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for ERP and SIS systems
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams on product strategy and execution
- Troubleshoot system issues and develop training materials
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
- 3+ years experience managing administrative operations systems
- Experience supporting HR, finance, or student services within an ERP/SIS
