Senior Program Manager

Oshkosh Defense is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi-year programs involving business transformation, advanced system development, and government projects. This role requires strategic foresight, operational rigor, and the ability to align strategy with execution, manage risk, and ensure fiscal accountability across the full program lifecycle.

• Lead enterprise-scale programs including multimillion-dollar initiatives
• Develop and oversee integrated program roadmaps, schedules, cost models, and risk frameworks
• Direct all phases of program execution from concept to closeout
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior government stakeholders
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Digital, R&D, Product, Finance, and Government Affairs
• Minimum of ten years of relevant experience
