Project & Program Management III

Lead critical operational projects and initiatives at the organizational nexus, driving efficiency through automation, AI integration, and process optimization. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from intake and scoping to execution and retrospective, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to solve problems and effect change.

• Lead emergent and enduring projects end-to-end
• Serve as the organizational intake point for issues and opportunities
• Drive rapid iteration cycles with cross-functional teams
• Identify and execute process improvements and automation
• Lead crisis response and conduct root-cause analysis
• Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders
