Staff Product Manager, Security and Compliance (Public Sector)

MongoDB is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead security and compliance product strategy for their Atlas for Government offering. This role involves translating complex federal compliance requirements into product roadmaps and working across multiple teams to ensure secure and compliant platform capabilities for public sector and regulated markets.

• Own public sector compliance roadmap (FedRAMP, IL5, DoD)
• Lead product strategy for Atlas for Government expansion
• Drive complex, multi-team security and compliance programs
• Build feedback loops with customer-facing teams
• Align stakeholders on product strategy and execution
• 10+ years of product management experience with deep data security
