Senior Project Analyst

TJX Canada is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to join their Service Delivery Management team in Mississauga. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to support project planning, governance, and process improvements, contributing to high-visibility initiatives that shape team operations and value delivery.

• Support planning and execution of SDM initiatives and cross-matrixed projects
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
• Partner with SDM teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery readiness
• Prepare project status updates, executive summaries, and dashboards for leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of project changes
• 5 years experience in managing projects in matrixed environments
