Technical Program Manager - Engineering

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive complex engineering programs across their full-stack and backend teams. This role focuses on technical leadership, breaking down ambiguous problems, managing dependencies, and ensuring end-to-end delivery from concept to production. You will partner with engineering and product teams to keep programs on track and ensure timely, high-quality releases.

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-team engineering programs
• Break down ambiguous initiatives into well-defined milestones and workstreams
• Manage cross-team dependencies and resolve blockers
• Partner with Engineering Managers and Sr Lead Engineers on technical approach
• Facilitate technical design reviews and program-level syncs
• Define and maintain program roadmaps, status reporting, and delivery metrics
