MFG / B2B Technical Project Manager

Lead a Scrum Team within Supply Chain IT, focusing on agile ceremonies, mitigating blockers, and delivering high-quality solutions for supply chain operations. This role is exciting as you will foster continuous improvement and innovation, guiding the team through complex technical challenges and ensuring alignment with broader IT objectives.

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and overall project health
• Remove impediments and shield team members from external distractions
• Partner with Product Owners to refine the product backlog and ensure clear prioritization
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on project goals, dependencies, and deliverables
• Minimum of five years of experience in technical project management or a related discipline
