Director, Technical Program Manager

Capital One is seeking a Director, Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical initiatives and drive large-scale product and platform development. You will play a key role in shaping the TPM discipline within the organization, establishing best practices, and influencing technology leaders to deliver on critical business goals.

• Lead programs delivering on critical business goals and building large-scale products & platforms
• Pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline by teaching the organization
• Establish operating mechanisms, maturity models, and tooling that scale across portfolios
• Drive development of and alignment on program roadmap anchored in business objectives
• Lead cross-platform technical investment planning and ensure architectural alignment
• Serve as an executive-level escalation point for program risks
