Senior Manager, Product Management

AirAsia MOVE is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the end-to-end flights product experience, from discovery to post-booking management. This role focuses on driving flight sales, growing active users, and optimizing revenue per booking by translating customer insights and market data into a prioritized product roadmap. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Commercial, Design, and Data teams to deliver impactful product improvements.

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the Flights domain
• Drive initiatives to grow flight sales volume and revenue per booking
• Ensure robust supply integrations with airline APIs and GDS connectivity
• Design product features for competitive pricing and ancillary upsell
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams
• Improve the flight booking experience on website and mobile app
