Senior Product Manager

VIAVI Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the product strategy for their AI-driven network intelligence platform, NITRO AIOps. This role focuses on AI/ML and Agentic AI capabilities within telecom operations, translating operator needs into product requirements and collaborating with global teams. You will own the product definition, roadmap, and go-to-market support for these advanced features.

• Define and maintain product backlog and roadmap for AIOps Intelligence and Vertical Solutions
• Translate operator pain points into product requirements and user stories
• Own product definition for Agentic AI capabilities including multi-agent orchestration and LLM interfaces
• Partner with R&D and data science on AI/ML model evaluation and KPIs
• Author Product Definition Documents (PDDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
• Act as primary product interface between India R&D and global teams
