• Manage capital construction projects from planning through closeout
• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate consultant selection and design reviews
• Monitor construction activities, site progress, and safety
• Ensure projects meet contractual obligations, budget, and schedule
• Maintain project records and documentation
