Product Operations Program Manager

Galderma is seeking a Product Operations Program Manager to play a critical role in developing and implementing a new Product Operating Model across all product segments. You will be the analytical and program management lead, enabling Global Product Leaders to manage products throughout their lifecycle and drive performance improvements. This role is key to ensuring product availability, quality, and cost-effectiveness as Galderma enters its next phase of development.

• Lead analytical aspects of Product Portfolio and product lifecycle support
• Facilitate cross-functional Global Product Operating teams
• Lead planning and implementation of program initiatives
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Analyze risks and communicate program changes effectively
