Sr Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Disney, you will own and deliver large product initiatives for our Point of Sale platform across Retail and Food & Beverage businesses. You will develop product strategy, define roadmaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling guest and cast experiences through technology.

• Own product strategy and roadmap for POS modernization and enterprise platform replacement
• Develop product direction and feature vision for Guest and Cast experiences
• Define and manage key phases of the product lifecycle from problem definition to outcome measurement
• Understand POS domain expertise including hardware, software, and payment processing
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality products
• Identify and manage cross-system dependencies for POS integrations
