Project Manager

Emery Sapp & Sons is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and quality control, while collaborating with clients, design teams, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, and strong project management skills.

• Manage construction projects from conception to completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
