AI Engineering Lead - Lending

Finastra is seeking an AI Product Owner to lead delivery pods and embed AI capabilities into their LaserPro lending product. You will define and prioritize the product backlog, translate business requirements into user stories, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure AI solutions are feasible and aligned with the product vision.

• Lead and manage delivery pods for AI-enabled features
• Define and prioritize product backlog for AI integrations
• Partner with product teams to identify AI embedding opportunities
• Translate business requirements into user stories
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage stakeholder expectations
