Technical Product Owner

As a Technical Product Owner, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of business and patient outcomes by owning, evolving, and optimizing a global Salesforce CRM application. This role requires blending product strategy, engineering leadership, user-centric design, and strong business partnership to enhance field team productivity, data quality, and customer experience.

• Own product vision and translate needs into an actionable roadmap
• Lead engineering teams for high-quality, timely delivery of capabilities
• Champion the J&J MedTech Product Operating Model and Agile frameworks
• Partner with business teams to understand workflows and strategic priorities
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, GenAI, and automation
• Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
