Manager, Technical Program Management

SailPoint is looking for a Manager, Technical Program Management to lead a team of TPMs within the Product organization. This role involves overseeing strategic, cross-functional programs, driving best practices, and mentoring TPMs. The ideal candidate is a deeply technical people leader with experience in SaaS software delivery and a strong ability to influence and communicate across all organizational levels.

• Manage and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers
• Drive strategic, cross-functional programs from ideation to execution
• Develop and scale TPM best practices and frameworks
• Partner with senior leaders in Product, Engineering, and Design
• Ensure proactive communication of program status, risks, and dependencies
• Build strong relationships and influence across organizational boundaries
