Project Manager, Project & Development Services

Manage the design, planning, and construction of real estate facilities projects, overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating resources, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction for projects that may include mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial, and architectural applications.

• Manage project deliverables including scope, scheduling, and reports
• Oversee design, development, and construction phases
• Proactively manage project issues and ensure successful project completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines
• Coordinate vendor RFQs and RFPs
• Review change orders and financial information
