• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, success metrics, and functional specifications
• Optimize current- and future-state processes for technology solutions
• Support product roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and release activities
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and global business teams
• Lead process analysis, testing, and implementation readiness efforts
