Senior Product Manager

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of personalization services for HBO Max. You will define product strategy, drive innovation, and enhance user experiences for personalized recommendations, aiming to scale the service to over 100 million customers. This role involves identifying customer problems, testing solutions, and collaborating with engineering, data science, and marketing teams.

• Own end-to-end product strategy for ML-powered personalization and discovery
• Lead roadmap development for personalization systems
• Leverage experimentation, user research, and behavioral data to optimize personalized experiences
• Manage complex ranking systems and feedback loops
• Partner with executives, engineering leaders, and data teams
• Define KPIs for user value and business metrics
