Engineering Program Manager

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will drive the end-to-end execution of AI Canvas programs, a unified AI-native management platform. You will partner with senior leaders across Engineering, Design, and AI teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI capabilities, shaping program execution from roadmap to launch and beyond. This role requires technical fluency in AI development, cloud platforms, and distributed systems to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• Own end-to-end execution of AI Canvas programs across multiple engineering teams
• Drive delivery of large, cross-functional AI Canvas releases from roadmap through GA
• Lead agentic AI programs from use-case definition through production and iteration
• Establish evaluation-driven delivery practices for AI quality, safety, and reliability
• Manage programs with moderate to high risk and multiple interdependencies
• Communicate program status and technical trade-offs to executive leadership
