Sr Technology Manager, Technical Product Owner R&D Labs

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Technical Product Owner for R&D Labs in Raynham, MA. This role will own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for global R&D Lab technology products, partnering with R&D, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant technology solutions. The position plays a critical role in modernizing the R&D Lab employee experience and accelerating innovation within the DePuy Synthes’ orthopedic portfolio.

• Own product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for R&D Lab applications
• Translate lab-specific needs into clear product requirements and priorities
• Drive delivery of secure, compliant, and scalable R&D Lab solutions
• Lead application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms
• 8-10 years of experience in IT product management or technology leadership
• Experience supporting Medical Device R&D labs preferred
