Technical Program Manager, New Product Introduction

Symbotic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Industrial Controls workstream for a strategic innovation program through New Product Introduction. This individual contributor role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and vendor relationships for industrial controls components, from design through launch support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive the delivery of these components safely, on time, and within budget.

• Lead Industrial Controls workstream execution for innovation programs
• Manage external controls vendors, including scope, deliverables, and escalations
• Drive task tracking and milestone achievement from design through NPI readiness
• Organize and maintain workstream budget, scope baselines, and integrated schedules
• Build and manage a risk register covering technical, vendor, manufacturing, schedule, and financial risks
• Produce dashboard reporting and deliver progress updates to program leadership
