Senior Project Manager

Mars is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-complexity initiatives and drive execution aligned with growth and business priorities. You will manage projects from inception to post-launch review, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless delivery against objectives.

• Manage high complexity initiatives from charter to post-launch review
• Lead cross-functional teams to align scope, resources, and timelines
• Conduct risk assessments and proactively resolve issues
• Utilize Stage & Gate framework and PPM system for precision execution
• Partner with portfolio managers to support growth pipeline development
• Drive continuous improvements in ways of working and value creation
