This role establishes the operational reliability framework, acts as the business authority during major incidents, and drives remediation efforts to improve platform resilience and client experience.

What we are looking for

Lead end-to-end incident management lifecycle as incident commander
Establish and govern incident management processes and escalation protocols
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for platform stability
Develop and monitor platform reliability metrics for executive visibility
Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize reliability outcomes
Partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance
