Engineering Project Manager

The Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) at Penn State seeks an Engineering Project Manager to support classified projects within its Information Science Division. You will collaborate with researchers and program managers to track project costs, schedules, and deliverables, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality assurance.

• Track project cost and schedule milestones
• Manage subcontractor expenditures and deliverables
• Coordinate project development processes
• Prepare technical and executive-level briefings
• Support acquisition and tracking of project ODCs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
