Project Manager

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a New Equipment Project Manager in New York, NY to oversee multiple installation projects. This role ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet all technical, safety, and customer requirements. You will coordinate contract activities, communicate with stakeholders, and manage project finances.

• Manage installation projects from award to completion
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage contract writing, administration, and payments
• Interpret construction contractual documents and modifications
• 3+ years of project management or construction experience
