Program Manager, Member Acquisition Operations

Twin Health is seeking a Program Manager for Member Acquisition Operations to manage the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. This role is crucial for ensuring campaigns are launched accurately and on time, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking performance.

• Own and maintain the member acquisition campaign calendar
• Drive campaign execution, coordination, and QA
• Liaise with MarTech and Marketing Operations teams
• Manage direct mail production and vendor timelines
• Track campaign performance and surface insights for leadership
• 2-4 years of experience in program or marketing operations
