Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Torch Technologies, you will independently manage numerous Research Development Test & Evaluation projects for fighter aircraft, from planning and provisioning to analysis and reporting. You will leverage your expertise in acquisition project management and organizational workflow to support critical procurement activities and acquisition programs. This role offers the opportunity to directly contribute to the success of our nation's defense initiatives.

• Manage RDT&E projects for fighter aircraft from planning to reporting
• Provide expertise in acquisition project management and organizational workflow
• Coordinate tasks across engineering, program control, test, and logistics
• Develop, analyze, and report on acquisition strategy and progress
• Schedule and guide participation in acquisition program phases
• Analyze risks and develop 'what if' scenarios with subject matter experts

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
