Senior Technical Program Manager

Lead complex, multi-team technology programs from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. You will drive program strategy, manage technical dependencies, and deliver high-quality, secure solutions that meet business objectives. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, Agile expertise, and strong cross-functional communication to navigate ambiguity and connect roadmaps to organizational goals.

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex, multiteam technology programs
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define requirements and plans
• Facilitate Agile and SAFe program activities, including PI planning and dependency management
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and technical challenges
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security standards and operational readiness
