Manager, Project Management

As a Manager of Project Management at Capital One, you will drive end-to-end delivery of critical workforce initiatives and pioneer new ways of working. You will create structure out of ambiguity, solve complex business problems, and improve the daily lives and development of our engineers. This role offers the opportunity to optimize our workforce at scale and influence across all levels of the organization.
