Assistant Project Manager/Estimator

MPSW is seeking an entry-level Assistant Project Manager/Estimator to learn and manage HVAC projects. This role involves coordinating submittals, selecting and ordering equipment, pricing, and managing ship dates. The position requires strong organizational and customer service skills for effective communication with sales teams, customers, and manufacturers in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate submittals, equipment selection, ordering, pricing, and ship dates
• Manage multiple projects from product selection to completion
• Communicate with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors
• Interpret building plans and specifications
• Develop and maintain customer and manufacturer relationships
• Optimize projects through value engineering and redesigns
