Senior Product Manager, Growth

Ōura is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own the global ouraring.com experience from initial traffic landing through exploration and evaluation. This role focuses on elevating the user experience and driving revenue and conversion goals through a high-velocity experimentation program and user-centric feature development. The ideal candidate will have extensive international experience and a strong understanding of tailoring DTC experiences for individual markets.

• Own the upper funnel, global DTC experience
• Define and execute a product roadmap balancing customer experience with conversion goals
• Ideate and lead user-centric innovation, including AI-powered personalization
• Translate complex product benefits into compelling reasons to buy
• Think and execute globally, ensuring localized and transcreated experiences
• Drive a rigorous experimentation and optimization program
