Senior Program Manager

Lead strategic new product development programs to launch new machines and technologies within our brand portfolio. This role also includes leading product evolution projects, such as product improvements and customizations of existing products. Leading NPD programs is the core of this position.

• Lead end-to-end new product development programs for OEM machines
• Manage cross-functional teams through the entire development lifecycle
• Ensure programs meet business case requirements, managing scope, schedule, and risks
• Prepare gate reviews with decision-ready documentation
• Develop comprehensive program plans with defined milestones and critical paths
• Drive continuous improvement for the stage-gate process
