Real Estate Development Project Controls Manager

WGU seeks a Real Estate Development Project Controls Manager to lead project controls for a major mixed-use development in Salt Lake City. This role involves establishing and maintaining an integrated controls framework, including schedule, risk, and performance management, to support executive decision-making and ensure successful project delivery.

• Establish and maintain Owner's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Provide independent oversight of project performance
• Develop and maintain project risk register
• Lead schedule, risk, and project performance analysis
• Prepare executive-level project controls reports and dashboards
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors
