What we are looking for
6- Lead strategy and roadmap for charity CRM products (Donorfy and Charity CRM)
- Drive commercial growth via AI-powered innovation and predictive analytics
- Own the data layer across CRM platforms, ensuring integration and GDPR compliance
- Champion integration within the charity suite for a unified product experience
- Experience in the charity or fundraising sector
